The Client

My client a multi national company is based in Milton Keynes within the Electronics Industry and they have a new job for a Office Manager – Spanish Speaker to join their small but hard working and focused team.

The Job

This is an interesting, fast paced and extremely busy role that will carry out all the administrative tasks within the office and support the engineers on a day to day basis with their work load and ensure the stock is kept up to date. This job also supports them in terms of travel, accommodation and daily tasks. On a day to day basis this role also supports the preparation of meetings, events and appointments and maintenance of office databases. As well as keeping the office stationary up to date and keeping records on excel up to date.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate needs to have a strong background in Administration, be self sufficient and be highly organised. You will be working in a fast paced environment and you will often be juggling multiple things at once and handling the expectations on the engineers. This would suit someone who likes to manage their own time and works in a methodical way.
