My national client are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis in Coventry. They are one of the UK’s largest housing associations – they currently own and manage 40,000 houses.

Skill Requirements

* Previous experience within a Customer Service, Telephony or Office Administration role
* Good IT Skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Good Attention to Detail
* High standard of Literacy and Numeracy

Main Responsibilities for this role will be:

* Being the first point of contact – Dealing with any incoming calls and customer enquiries to a professional standard
* Support all Customer service communication channels – including social media and emails
* General administration duties and to ensure all records are maintained, kept accurate and updated
* Raise new and existing repair queries
